Matt Eggleston
Managing Director / Chairman
Appointed 4 July 2022. Mr Eggleston has 25 years of experience in the mining industry in operational and management roles in both open-cut and underground operations across Western Australia and Africa. Mr Eggleston holds a Western Australian Underground Shift Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency and a Diploma of Business (Accounting). Mr Eggleston has worked on developing his own exploration projects in Sierra Leone and Western Australia. WAGR is Mr Eggleston’s main focus, and he is committed to building the Company into a significant mining and exploration operation.
Keith Bowker
Director, Company Secretary, CFO
B.Com, CA. Appointed 14 December 2023. Mr Bowker is a highly accomplished finance and commercial executive with significant experience primarily within the mining and resources sector and a broader experience across a portfolio of other sectors including technology and construction. Mr Bowker’s experience includes corporate and capital structuring, corporate advisory and company secretarial services, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements. Mr Bowker completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. Mr Bowker is involved in numerous start-up companies and is currently the CFO and Company Secretary of Kula Gold Limited (ASX: KGD), Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited (ASX: SUH) and Sentinel Exploration Limited.
James Titcombe
Director
Appointed 26 February 2024. Mr Titcombe has worked in the financial services industry since 1999, relocating from the UK in 2006. Working for DJ Carmichael Pty Ltd (DJC) from 2007 to 2017, Mr Titcombe held a variety of roles including three years as a Risk and Compliance Officer, before transitioning to an advice-based role which included providing portfolio management, wealth creation strategies, strategic investment and asset allocation services to retail, wholesale and institutional clients. After leaving DJC, Mr Titcombe designed a Momentum Strategy, which forms the basis for the rule-based discretionary growth strategy currently offered to clients of Emerald Capital Australia.
